Currently serving as the Assistant Chief and Detective with the Humansville Police Department, I bring a comprehensive and forward-thinking approach to public safety, community service, and agency operations.

Over the years, I have led and contributed to numerous successful initiatives. I’ve secured over $400,000 in grant funding to support vital technology upgrades—ranging from FLOCK safety cameras to advanced communication systems and forensic tools. I have extensive experience in designing and implementing evidence tracking systems, including barcode and binning solutions that streamline audits and ensure compliance with state law.

My background includes supervising and coaching personnel, managing complex cyber and digital investigations, and producing court-ready documentation such as search warrants and investigative subpoenas. I’ve testified as an expert witness and served as an administrator of secure technologies and crime lab systems, ensuring full legal compliance at every stage of evidence handling.
